Sam is a sports fan first and everything else a distant second: baseball, basketball, football-anything with a scoreboard and room for friendly trash talk. When there's no game on, he's got Lotus or Jamsterdam playing and a good vibe to chase. Recently engaged, he's most excited about raising a family and, let's be honest, the next generation of sports fans.

You'll find Rob at his favorite fishing spot with a blue Gatorade and a Butterfinger, waiting out a bass or pickerel. Off the water, he winds down with a classic comic book or a new video game. His whole philosophy: whether it's a final boss, a stubborn weed, or a largemouth bass, a little patience and a Butterfinger go a long way.

Tomas is an honors graduate and an award-winning jazz guitarist, which means he brings rhythm and precision to everything including your lawn. A car enthusiast at heart, he keeps your property as finely tuned as his engine and never cuts a corner. If perfectionism were a person, it'd ask Tomas for tips.

Dennis, a degreed horticulturist and master level license holder, started Bio-Spray in 1984, spending 4 decades becoming the original name in tick, mosquito, and lawn care. If there's a pest problem, he's seen it, solved it, and probably remembers your dog's name. He officially retired in 2024, so naturally he still shows up at least two days a week.

Griffin genuinely loves working outside, whether on his lawn or keeping the ticks and mosquitoes out of it. When he's off the clock, he's usually still outside and doing odd jobs to save up for a house with his wife. So if you need a hand with something beyond what Bio-Spray offers, just ask; he probably already has a quote ready.

A devoted golfer who’ll happily lose a ball (and his patience) chasing par. A die-hard Boston sports fan who’s been known to place the occasional bet on his teams — a strategy that’s taught him plenty about hope, heartbreak, and why he should probably just stick to the course.

Jeff Gedney is the Operations Manager for Bio Spray. With over 15 years in the lawn care industry, he combines his deep expertise in lawn maintenance with other skills built through working in retail management, automotive electronics and coaching youth sports to create an organized, optimized and fun work environment. When he’s not working with the team or taking your call, Jeff can be found spending time with his 2 sons, enjoying a lobster roll or adding to his sneaker collection.

Kaylina's favorite part of the job is making every call feel like catching up with a friend. When she's not on the phone, she's taking a lap around the building, which she describes as part exercise. Outside work she coaches cheerleading and volunteers, so she's basically always cheering someone on whether they asked for it or not.

Tori is the office's resident mood-lifter: quick with a joke and always ready to keep things light. Her lunch break traditions: a walk with her friend Kaylina. Outside of work, she stays busy babysitting and helping with her twin brothers, all while preparing for an exciting new chapter as she’s engaged.

Ellie is happiest when she's getting to know the people she's helping. Originally from Maine, she recently moved to New Hampshire and fell hard for the Seacoast and its sense of community. Outside work you'll find her hiking, reading, or with friends and family ideally somewhere with a good view.

Jonathan is from Danville, NH, and a lifelong outdoorsman. When he's not hiking or camping, he's usually making art inspired by it. He's also studying air traffic control at Nashua Community College.

The kind earned at the big national companies before he escaped the corporate world to join our small family business. Either way, we're thrilled to have someone who's seen it all and decided he'd rather see it all here.

Since taking over in 2024, his focus has been honoring what made the company great while investing in the service quality customers deserve. He lives on the Seacoast with his wife and three boys, where family downtime means coaching, playing, and skiing-proof he doesn't really know how to sit still either.

For Molly, Bio-Spray isn't just serving customers, it's serving neighbors, which as a fellow Seacoast resident she takes personally. Her focus is on customer experience and community engagement, supporting youth sports, schools and nonprofits. When she's not working, she's almost certainly at a field coaching one of her three boys.
